German Chamomile is an Athlete’s Best Friend
Well, one of them at least.
If you have athletes in your family or you are athletically inclined, I’m sure you are familiar with the aches and pains that accompany such activity.
Whether is it just general aches and pains from activity or recovery from an injury, you will want to have German Chamomile in your arsenal of pain relievers.
German Chamomile is highly anti-inflammatory.
It has an incredible cooling action for those painful, hot injuries.
Just add five to 12 drops in an ounce of carrier oil and massage the blend into those sore muscles and tendons.
Rashes, bug bites, general skin irritation? Put a couple drops of German Chamomile in some unscented cream or your favorite carrier oil and apply to the area.
You could also put a few drops in a small spray bottle of water and spray it on the area. Feels so good.
After a hard day at work, your muscles are probably as tense as you are. Add 5 drops of German Chamomile to 1/2 oz of carrier oil or 1 cup of whole milk and put it in your bath water.
Not only will your stress melt away, your skin will love you because German Chamomile is very nourishing to your skin. and when you get out of your bath, crawl into bed as German Chamomile will help you get that rejuvenating sleep.

May interfere with the metabolism of some antidepressants such as Quinidine, Prozac or Paxil.
It could also have drug interactions with Tamoxifen and Codeine
