Black Pepper (Piper nigrum)
Black pepper essential oil is not one to be sneezed at.
This oil is warming, spicy and highly anti-inflammatory.
Because of it’s warming capabilities, add this oil to blends made for sore muscles and sports injuries.
Black Pepper essential oil also aids digestion. Put a couple of drops on a tissue and inhale to relieve nausea.
